Blackberry Jam

Ingredients
  Blackberries 4 Cup (64 tbs), crushed
  Liquid artificial sweetener 8 Tablespoon
Directions

Measure crushed blackberries into a sauce pot.
Add sweetener and stir well.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
Pour hot into hot jars, leaving 1/4 inch head space.
Adjust caps.
Process 15 minutes in boiling water bath.
