Cranberry Stuffing

Ingredients
  White bread cubes 3 Quart
  Fresh cranberries 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped
  Lemon 1 Large
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Pound, melted (1/2 Cup)
  Broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (From Cooking Giblets Or Water)
Directions

Cut the bread into 1/4 -inch cubes and combine with cranberries and raisins.
Add the lemon peel, sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
Combine the butter with the giblet broth and lightly mix into bread.
