2 Cup (32 tbs) (Blackberries, Raspberries, Apricots, Peaches, Etc)
1 Cup (16 tbs) (Or Little Less)
Melt butter in 10 inch baking dish.
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder; add milk and mix.
Spoon over melted butter.
Heat fresh or canned fruit with sugar, adjusting less sugar if fruit is canned.
Pour fruit sugar mixture into pan and layer with flour mixture over it.
Bake in a 350 degree oven about 30 minutes until crust is golden brown.
Crust will rise to the top.
