Banana Whip Or Snow

Ingredients
  Bananas 6
  Soft sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Yogurt 1⁄2 Pint
  Double cream 1⁄4 Pint
  Egg whites 3
  Almonds 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Mash bananas with sugar and lemon juice.
Mix in the yoghourt and cream.
Whisk egg whites to a stiff foam and fold lightly into the banana cream.
Pile into dishes and sprinkle with chopped roasted almonds.
