  Unsweetened berries 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (Fresh Or Frozen)
  Cantaloupe 1
  Unflavored gelatin 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Apple juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)

Thaw the berries, if frozen.
If using fresh strawberries, remove the stems and caps; cut into halves.
Halve and seed the cantaloupe.
Spoon half of the berries into the center of each cantaloupe half.
Set aside.
In a 2-cup measure sprinkle gelatin over apple juice.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power (HIGH) about 1 minute or till the gelatin dissolves, stirring once.
Pour gelatin mixture over berries in cantaloupe.
Chill for several hours or overnight till firm.
Cut fruit-filled cantaloupe halves in half lengthwise.
