Summer Fruit Platter
|Pineapple||1 (Whole Fresh Pineapple)|
|Fresh strawberries||10 , sliced|
|Oranges||2 , sliced crosswise|
|Stewed prunes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained|
|Lime honey dressing/Marshmallow blizzard||2 Ounce|
Halve pineapple lengthwise; remove hard core.
Scoop out fruit and cut into chunks.
Cube apples and pears; toss with pineapple and strawberries.
Pile fruit mixture into pineapple shells.
Arrange on a tray with orange slices, cantaloupe wedges, and prunes.
If desired, garnish with sprigs of mint.
