Summer Fruit Platter

Ingredients
  Pineapple 1 (Whole Fresh Pineapple)
  Apples 2
  Pears 2 (Fresh)
  Fresh strawberries 10 , sliced
  Oranges 2 , sliced crosswise
  Stewed prunes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained
  Lime honey dressing/Marshmallow blizzard 2 Ounce
Directions

Chill fruit.
Halve pineapple lengthwise; remove hard core.
Scoop out fruit and cut into chunks.
Cube apples and pears; toss with pineapple and strawberries.
Pile fruit mixture into pineapple shells.
Arrange on a tray with orange slices, cantaloupe wedges, and prunes.
If desired, garnish with sprigs of mint.
