Grilled Fresh Fruit
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Brandy/Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
In saucepan combine sugar, butter, brandy or lemon juice, and cinnamon.
Place on grill; heat and stir over medium coals till glaze mixture boils.
Remove from grill.
Shape a piece of heavy-duty foil into the shape of a shallow pan; place on grill.
Place fruit in foil pan.
Grill fruit over medium coals till heated through, turning and brushing often with glaze mixture.
