|Sesame seeds||15 Milliliter (1 Tbsp)|
1. Layer the orange and apple slices in a casserole or ovenproof dish.
2. Mix together the tahini and apple juice to form a smooth paste. Add the water gradually, stirring to form a smooth sauce. Pour over the fruits.
3. Sprinkle over the sesame seeds. Cover the casserole or dish.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at Gas Mark 4,350°F, 180°C for 30 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
