Fruits On A Snow Mountain
|Ripe mango/Paw paw||1 Large|
|Pineapple||1 Small, peeled and cut into chunks|
|Kiwi fruits||2 , peeled and cut in to chunks|
|Pears||2 , cored and cut in to chunks|
|Lychees/15 ounce canned, drained||8 Ounce, peeled (250 Gram Fresh / 425 Gram Canned)|
|Canned loquats||14 Ounce, drained (1 Can Or 400 Gram, Medlars)|
|Fresh strawberries||8 Ounce (250 Gram)|
|Medium dry sherry||4 Tablespoon|
|Crushed ice||2 Pound, crushed (1 Kilogram)|
1. Cut the mango, if using, each side of the stone, then peel and cut into chunks, Quarter the paw-paw, if using, deseed, peel and cut into chunks.
2. Toss all the fruits in the sherry.
3. Mound two thirds of the ice on a large plate, then arrange the fruits around it, sprinkling the remaining ice in between.
4. Decorate the base with flowers, if you wish, to serve.
