Fruits On A Snow Mountain

  Ripe mango/Paw paw 1 Large
  Pineapple 1 Small, peeled and cut into chunks
  Kiwi fruits 2 , peeled and cut in to chunks
  Pears 2 , cored and cut in to chunks
  Lychees/15 ounce canned, drained 8 Ounce, peeled (250 Gram Fresh / 425 Gram Canned)
  Canned loquats 14 Ounce, drained (1 Can Or 400 Gram, Medlars)
  Fresh strawberries 8 Ounce (250 Gram)
  Medium dry sherry 4 Tablespoon
  Crushed ice 2 Pound, crushed (1 Kilogram)

1. Cut the mango, if using, each side of the stone, then peel and cut into chunks, Quarter the paw-paw, if using, deseed, peel and cut into chunks.
2. Toss all the fruits in the sherry.
3. Mound two thirds of the ice on a large plate, then arrange the fruits around it, sprinkling the remaining ice in between.
4. Decorate the base with flowers, if you wish, to serve.
