Double Fruit Coupe

Ingredients
  Strawberries 1 Pint, washed (2 Cups)
  Dry white wine 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Diced pared pineapple 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Use Fresh Ones)
Directions

1. Set aside 6 whole strawberries for garnish. Hull and slice remaining berries into a small bowl; sprinkle with half of the sugar and wine. Sprinkle remaining sugar and wine over pineapple in a second small bowl. Chill both fruits until serving time.
2. Spoon strawberries into 6 dessert dishes; top each with a mound of pineapple; garnish with reserved strawberries.
