Papaya Filled With Fresh Summer Fruits

Ingredients
  Ripe papayas 2
  Kiwi fruit 2
  Navel orange 1
  Nectarine/Peach 1
  Red delicious apple 1
  Fresh lime juice 2 Teaspoon
Directions

With a vegetable peeler, remove the skin from the papayas.
Cut them in half lengthwise and scrape out the seeds with a spoon.
Peel the kiwis and cut each into 8 thin rounds.
Arrange 4 rounds in each papaya half.
Peel the orange, separate into segments, and put them in a mixing bowl.
Cut the nectarine in half, remove the pit, cut into 1/4 inch dice, and add to the orange segments.
Core the apple, cut into 1/4-inch dice, and add to the mixing bowl.
Sprinkle the lime juice over the cut fruit and toss quickly to keep the apple from turning brown.
Arrange one quarter of the fruits in each papaya half and serve.
