Summer Fruit Coolers
|Cantaloupe/Watermelon||2 2⁄3 Cup (42.67 tbs), coarsely chopped (seeded, peeled)|
|Lime juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
In a blender, smoothly puree fruit; season to taste with sugar and lime juice.
Combine fruit mixture and water in a large pitcher.
If desired, pour through a strainer to eliminate pulp.
Cover and refrigerate for up to a week.
