Exotic Fruit Platter
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Pineapple preserves||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Shredded lemon peel||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mangoes||3 , peeled, seeded, and sliced|
|Kiwi fruits||2 , peeled and sliced|
|Pomegranate seeds||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
For dressing, blend cream cheese and preserves.
Stir in milk, lemon peel, and lemon juice.
Whip cream just till soft peaks form; fold into cream cheese mixture.
Cover and chill.
Line a platter with ti leaves or lettuce.
Arrange mango and kiwi fruit slices atop.
If desired, sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
