Sauteed Apple Rings With Orange Juice

Ingredients
  Winesap apples 2 Small
  Unsweetened orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Reduced-calorie margarine 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Core apples, and slice each apple crosswise into 6 rings.
Combine orange juice and next 3 ingredients in a large nonstick skillet.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Arrange apple rings in skillet in a single layer.
Cook 5 to 6 minutes or until tender, turning once.
Serve warm.
