Summer Fruit Platter

Ingredients
  Pineapple 1
  Apples 2 , cored and cubed
  Pears 2 , cored and cubed
  Blueberries/Frozen blueberries 2 Cup (32 tbs), thawed
  Oranges 2
  Bananas 2
  Pitted dried prunes 12 , cooked, drained
  Mint 1
  Lime honey dressing 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Chill fruit.
Halve pineapple lengthwise; remove hard core.
Remove pineapple and cut into chunks.
Reserve shells.
Lightly toss pineapple, apples, pears, and blueberries together.
Pile into the shells.
Peel oranges and bananas; slice crosswise.
Arrange on a tray with filled shells and prunes.
Garnish with fresh mint.
