|Water||2 2⁄3 Cup (42.67 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Diced fruits and berry||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Oranges||2 , peeled, diced and drained|
|Red apple||1 Large, unpeeled and chopped|
|Chopped pecans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Yogurt||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Cook rice with water, salt and butter or margarine according to package directions.
In a large bowl, combine rice, honey and lemon juice.
Mix in fruits and pecans.
Add yogurt as needed to bind ingredients together.
