  Brown rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 2 2⁄3 Cup (42.67 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Diced fruits and berry 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Oranges 2 , peeled, diced and drained
  Red apple 1 Large, unpeeled and chopped
  Chopped pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Yogurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Cook rice with water, salt and butter or margarine according to package directions.
Chill thoroughly.
In a large bowl, combine rice, honey and lemon juice.
Mix well.
Mix in fruits and pecans.
Add yogurt as needed to bind ingredients together.
Chill thoroughly.
