Honeydew Melon Dessert Bowl

|Canned litchi||20 Ounce (1 Large Can, 565 Gram Or Use 2 Cans, About 11 Ounce /310 Gram Each)|

1. Cut off top third of each melon. Scoop out seeds; scoop fruit into balls or chunks from shells and from top slices, removing as much melon as possible. Discard top slices.
2. Place melon pieces in a bowl. Drain litchis, reserving 1/2 cup (120 ml) of the syrup for the Strawberry Sauce (discard remaining syrup). Add litchis and halved strawberries to melon pieces; mix gently. Spoon fruit into melon shells.
3. To prepare strawberry sauce, in a blender or food processor, combine hulled whole strawberries, the 1/2 cup (120 ml) reserved litchi syrup, lemon juice, and sugar. Whirl until smooth.
