Frosty Pumpkin Squares

Ingredients
  Graham cracker crumbs 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs) (About 16 Squares)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Mashed cooked pumpkin 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vanilla ice cream 1 Quart, softened
Directions

Mix cracker crumbs and butter.
Reserve 2 to 3 tablespoons crumb mixture; press remaining mixture firmly and evenly in bottom of ungreased square pan, 8 X 8 X 2 or 9 X 9 X 2 inches.
Beat pumpkin, sugar, salt and spices until well blended.
Stir in ice cream.
Pour into pan; sprinkle reserved crumb mixture over top.
Freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
Remove from freezer 10 to 15 minutes before serving to make cutting easier.
