Oat Bran Fruit Muffins

Ingredients
  High fiber oat bran cereal 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  All purpose flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped dates 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped prunes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Firmly packed dark brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Low fat buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon (Acceptable)
  Eggs 2 , well beaten
Directions

Preheat oven to 400° F.
Line muffin tin with paper liners.
In a large bowl, mix oat bran, flours, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and dried fruits.
In another bowl, mix brown sugar, buttermilk, honey, oil and eggs.
Make a well in dry ingredients.
Pour liquid mixture into well and stir gently.
Do not overmix.
Spoon into paper-lined muffin tin.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
