Spiced Tangerine Moid

Ingredients
  Tangerine sections 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cinnamon stick 3 Inch
  Whole cloves 10
  Lemon gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Cut up tangerine or orange sections; set aside.
In saucepan combine stick cinnamon, cloves, and 1 cup water.
Bring to boiling.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove cinnamon and cloves.
Add gelatin to saucepan, stirring till dissolved.
Stir in orange and lemon juices.
Chill till partially set.
Fold in tangerine or orange pieces and nuts.
Pour into 3 1/2-cup mold.
Chill till firm.
Unmold onto lettuce-lined plate.
