Stewed Fruit

Ingredients
  Dried fruit 3 Cup (48 tbs) ((apples, apricots, cherries, nectarines, peaches, pears, pineapple and prunes)
  Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon 1 , sliced
  Cinnamon sticks 2
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Pour boiling water over dried fruit.
Let stand about 15 minutes.
Add lemon juice, lemon slices and cinnamon sticks.
Simmer 20 minutes.
Remove cinnamon sticks.
Stir in honey.
