Hot Caramel Fruits

|Fruits/Fruit cocktail, drained||30 Ounce (for salad)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Heat oven to 325°.
Mix fruit, lemon juice and sugar in ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Dot with butter.
Bake uncovered until hot and bubbly, 35 to 40 minutes.
If desired, top with vanilla ice cream.
