Warm Papaya Relish

Ingredients
  Peeled diced ripe papaya 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Peeled seeded chopped plum tomato 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Seeded minced jalapeno pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Unsweetened orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped cilantro 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped mint 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients in a large nonstick skillet.
Cook over medium-low heat 3 to 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat, and stir in cilantro and mint.
