Curried Fruit Medley
|Canned pear halves||16 Ounce, drained|
|Canned peach halves||16 Ounce, drained|
|Pineapple slices||16 Ounce, drained|
|Melted butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Curry powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Commercial sour cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Arrange fruit in a 2-quart baking dish.
Combine butter, sugar, curry powder, and salt in a small saucepan; heat until sugar is dissolved.
Pour over fruit.
Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
