Curried Fruit Medley

Ingredients
  Canned pear halves 16 Ounce, drained
  Canned peach halves 16 Ounce, drained
  Pineapple slices 16 Ounce, drained
  Melted butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Curry powder 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Commercial sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

Arrange fruit in a 2-quart baking dish.
Combine butter, sugar, curry powder, and salt in a small saucepan; heat until sugar is dissolved.
Pour over fruit.
Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
