Fluffy Fruit Mould

Ingredients
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg white 1 , stiff beaten
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned pineapple tidbits 9 Ounce, drained (1 Cup, 1 Can)
  Seedless green grapes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Broken california walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine sugar and gelatin.
Stir in water; bring just to boiling.
Pour slowly over beaten egg white, beating until thick (about 5 minutes).
Cool.
Fold in whipped cream, then mayonnaise.
Add pineapple tidbits, seedless grapes, and broken walnuts.
Pour into 1-quart mold.
Chill till firm.
