Orange Coconut Cookies

|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|

|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Grated orange peel||3 Tablespoon|
|Flaked coconut||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Orange juice||5 Tablespoon|
|All purpose flour||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
Cream butter and sugars until fluffy: beat in egg and vanilla extract.
Stir in orange peel, coconut, and orange juice.
Combine flour and soda; blend into creamed mixture.
Shape into rolls about 1 1/2 inches in diameter; wrap in waxed paper or heavy-duty aluminum foil.
Place in freezer until needed.
Slice thin; bake on ungreased cookie sheets at 375 ° for 8 to 10 minutes.
