Ingredients
  Apples 3 Medium, sliced
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon/Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Quick-cooking tapioca 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Light brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
Directions

In 2-quart glass casserole, combine all ingredients.
Cook covered with casserole lid, 10 minutes or until apples are tender, stirring occasionally.
