Ingredients
  Pineapple 1⁄2 Small, peeled
  Kiwi fruit 2 , peeled and cored
  Strawberries 125 Gram, halved
  Nectarines 2 , halved, stoned and sliced
  Whipping cream 250 Milliliter
  Fine sugar 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Cut the pineapple into thin slices, then halve the slices.
2. Arrange attractively on individual heatproof plates with the other fruits.
3. Pour over the cream and sprinkle with the sugar.
4. Place under a broiler for 2-3 minutes, until beginning to caramelize.
