|Ripe bananas||2 , peeled and cut in pieces|
|Lightly packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Unsweetened pineapple juice||3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Combine sugar and water in a saucepan. Heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Cover and bring to boiling; boil about 5 minutes. Set the syrup aside to cool.
2. Put lemon juice, banana, and brown sugar into an electric blender container. Blend until smooth. Gradually add the pineapple and orange juices and blend thoroughly. Mix with the sugar syrup.
3. Turn into refrigerator trays and freeze, stirring the mixture occasionally, until firm.
4. Spoon ice into serving dishes.
