Creamy Fruit Mould

Ingredients
  Sugar free lime gelatin mix 1⁄3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Light evaporated skimmed milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fresh fruit 2 Cup (32 tbs), cut-up
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Cool slightly to prevent milk from curdling.
Stir in evaporated skimmed milk.
Chill until the consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
Stir in fruit.
Pour into an 8-inch square pan or a 5-cup mold.
Chill until firm.
Garnish with additional fruit.
