Cantaloupe Cooler

  Evaporated skim milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), frozen in ice cube tray / small shallow bowl
  Diced ripe cantaloupe 2 Cup (32 tbs) (About 1 Medium Melon)
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vanilla yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Regular / Low Fat / Nonfat)
  Golden rum 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ice cubes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cantaloupe slices 4 (Or Thin Wedges, For Garnish)
  Lime twist 4 (For Garnish)
  Mint leaves 4 (For Garnish)

Unmold frozen evaporated milk by running the bottom of the container under hot water.
Place frozen milk in blender.
Add cantaloupe, sugar, yogurt, rum, if using, and ice cubes.
Blend on high until smooth and slushy, about 2 minutes, adding more ice if needed.
Pour into wine glasses or goblets and garnish with fruit and mint, if desired.
