Ingredients
  Ripe bananas 3 , mashed
  Salt 1 Dash
  Lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Confectioners sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

1. Combine bananas, salt, and lemon juice. Beat in cream, using a rotary beater, adding sugar gradually.
2. Serve as topping for gingerbread.
