|Strawberry ice cream||1 Pint|
|Plain yogurt/Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Orange liqueur||2 Tablespoon|
Sprinkle berries with sugar, Cover and chill.
Meanwhile, stir ice cream just to soften, Fold in yogurt or sour cream and liqueur.
Cover and freeze for 1 hour, To serve, top each serving of berries with a dollop of ice cream mixture.
