Fresh Fruit Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients
  Plain yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs) (non-fat)
  Fruit 1 Cup (16 tbs) (fresh)
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Freeze the yogurt for 3 to 4 hours or until almost frozen.
In a blender or food processor, puree the fruit, honey and vanilla.
Break the frozen yogurt into small chunks and add it to the blender or food processor.
Blend or process on low speed just until smooth.
Transfer the mixture to a 9" X 5" loaf pan.
Cover and freeze for 3 to 4 hours or until frozen.
Before serving, break the frozen mixture into small chunks and transfer it to the blender or food processor.
Blend or process on low speed just until smooth.
