In saucepan combine 3/4 cup of the apple juice or cider, the cinnamon, and cloves.
Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes; remove spices.
Meanwhile, soften gelatin in the remaining 1/4 cup apple juice or cider.
Add to apple juice in saucepan; cook and stir over low heat till dissolved.
Stir in orange juice.
Chill till partially set (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).
Fold apple and orange sections into gelatin mixture.
Turn into a 3 1/2-cup mold.
Chill several hours or till firm.
Unmold to serve.
