  Lemon 1
  Canned sliced peaches 16 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned pear halves 16 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned apricots 16 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned pineapple slices 15 1⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Raisins 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Maraschino cherries 6 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Firmly Packed)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Angostura bitters 1 Tablespoon

Grate rind of orange and lemon.
Remove remaining peel and thinly slice fruit.
In 2-quart casserole, layer orange slices, lemon slices, peaches, pears, apricots, pineapple, raisins and maraschino cherries.
In small mixing bowl, combine orange and lemon rind, brown sugar, cinnamon, flour and angostura bitters; mix well and sprinkle over fruit.
Microwave at high (10) 11 to 13 minutes until bubbly.
