|Grated fresh ginger||2 Teaspoon|
|Grated nutmeg||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Freshly squeezed lime juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
|Lime||1 , thinly sliced (For Garnish)|
Peel, seed, and slice papayas into 1/2-inch pieces.
Mix ginger, nutmeg, and lime juice into the melted butter.
Brush papaya slices with butter mixture.
Preheat stovetop grill.
Cook papaya over medium heat for 30 to 45 seconds on each side.
Papaya will be warm but still firm.
Brush with melted butter as you turn papaya.
