Chilled Fruit Refresco

Ingredients
  Watermelon 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cantaloupe 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Honeydew melon 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mango 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Papaya 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pineapple 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Jicama 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Coconut 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Limes 2 , for garnish
  Salt To Taste, garnish
  Ground chili 1 Tablespoon, for garnish (Mild Or Hot Red)
Directions

1. Remove seeds and rind from watermelon, cantaloupe, honey-dew melon, mango, and papaya; peel pineapple and jicama; crack coconut and peel away brown inner skin. Cut all fruit into bite-sized pieces and arrange on a platter with cocktail picks or on individual plates.
2. Squeeze the fresh limes over the fruit and sprinkle small amounts of salt and ground chile over the fruit to taste.
