Spiced Cranberry-Orange Mould

Ingredients
  Cranberries 12 Ounce (1 Bag)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Gelatin 2 Ounce (Orange / Lemon Flavor, 2 Packages)
  Boiling water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cold water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Orange 1 , sectioned and diced
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Kale 1 Cup (16 tbs) (White / Curly)
Directions

PLACE cranberries in food processor; cover.
Process until finely chopped.
Mix with sugar; set aside.
DISSOLVE gelatin in boiling water.
Add cold water, lemon juice and spices.
Chill until thickened.
Fold in cranberry mixture, oranges and walnuts.
Spoon into 5-cup mold.
Chill until firm, about 4 hours.
Unmold.
Garnish with orange slices and kale, if desired.
