Spiced Cranberry-Orange Mould
|Cranberries||12 Ounce (1 Bag)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Gelatin||2 Ounce (Orange / Lemon Flavor, 2 Packages)|
|Boiling water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Cold water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground cloves||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Orange||1 , sectioned and diced|
|Chopped walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Kale||1 Cup (16 tbs) (White / Curly)|
PLACE cranberries in food processor; cover.
Process until finely chopped.
Mix with sugar; set aside.
DISSOLVE gelatin in boiling water.
Add cold water, lemon juice and spices.
Chill until thickened.
Fold in cranberry mixture, oranges and walnuts.
Spoon into 5-cup mold.
Chill until firm, about 4 hours.
Garnish with orange slices and kale, if desired.
