Melon Ball Ring
|Unflavored gelatin||2 Ounce (2 Envelopes)|
|Cold water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Honey||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (To Taste)|
|Orange juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Port wine||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Cantaloupe balls||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Seedless green grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mint leaves||4 (For Garnish)|
In a small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over cold water.
Add honey, place over low heat, and stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Remove from heat.
Add orange juice, lemon juice, and wine.
Chill until mixture starts to jell, then fold in melon and grapes.
Pour into 6-cup ring mold and chill until firm.
Unmold and decorate with fresh mint leaves.
