Frosty Frozen Dessert
|Water||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Non fat dry milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Egg substitute||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Aspartame||2 Teaspoon (Equivalent To 1/3 Cup Sugar)|
|Fruit puree||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Such As Nectarines)|
Use an electric mixer to beat together the first three ingredients until a stiff mixture forms.
Take a separate mixing bowl and beat together all the other ingredients until smooth.
Put the bowl of beaten egg whites back under the beaters, then gently beat the fruit and egg substitute mixture into the beaten egg whites.
Pour into small yogurt containers and freeze for several hours or overnight.
