Ingredients
  Chopped fruits 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Strawberries , Seedless Grapes , Peeled Oranges, Bananas, Apples)
  Low calorie lemon lime carbonated drink 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Fruit flavored sherbet 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Divide fruit evenly among 4 tall glasses.
Slowly pour 1 cup carbonated beverage over fruit in each glass.
Top each serving with 1/2 cup sherbet.
