|Low fat yogurt||16 Ounce (Blueberry / Strawberry, 2 Containers, 8 Ounce Each)|
|Skim milk||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Strawberries||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Fresh / Frozen)|
|Non fat dry milk powder||3 Tablespoon|
In a blender, blend the yogurt, milk, berries, milk powder and honey until smooth.
