Ingredients
  Low fat yogurt 16 Ounce (Blueberry / Strawberry, 2 Containers, 8 Ounce Each)
  Skim milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Strawberries 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Fresh / Frozen)
  Non fat dry milk powder 3 Tablespoon
  Honey 2 Teaspoon
Directions

In a blender, blend the yogurt, milk, berries, milk powder and honey until smooth.
