Fresh Fruit With Orange Mayonnaise
|Oranges||2 Medium, peeled and sliced|
|Apples||2 Medium, cored and thinly sliced|
|Fresh blueberries||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Non fat mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Low calorie orange marmalade||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
On a serving platter, arrange the oranges and apples.
Sprinkle with the blueberries and set aside.
In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, marmalade and nutmeg.
