Banana Peach Flambe

Ingredients
  Ripe bananas 2 , peeled and sliced
  Peaches 2 , peeled and sliced
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Orange juice 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Light rum 3 Tablespoon
  Vanilla ice milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Brush banana and peach slices with the lemon juice, In saucepan stir together the brown sugar and cornstarch.
Stir in the orange juice.
Cook and stir till mixture is thickened and bubbly.
Gently stir in the banana and peach slices.
Cook and stir gently 1 to 2 minutes more.
Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
Heat the rum in a small saucepan just till ito/mosr simmers.
Carefully ignite the rum and pour over the fruit.
