Fruit Filled Pineapple

Ingredients
  Fresh pineapple 1 Medium
  Canned mandarin oranges 11 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Shredded coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Maraschino cherries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained and cut in half
  Orange marmalade 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced, toasted
  Light rum 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut leafy crown off pineapple; reserve for garnish, if desired.
Cut pineapple in half lengthwise.
Scoop out fruit, leaving 1/4-inch shell.
Remove woody core from fruit and discard.
Cut remaining fruit into chunks.
Combine pineapple chunks, oranges, coconut, cherries, marmalade, almonds, and rum; toss gently.
Place shells in 2-quart oblong glass baking dish.
Divide fruit mixture evenly between shells.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at high (10) 7 to 9 minutes or until heated through.
