1 , peeled, seeded and cut in 1/2 inch lengthwise slices
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Cut bananas into 1/2-inch diagonal slices; toss with lemon juice.
Also remove peel and white membrane from oranges and cut into thin, crosswise slices.
On each of 4 salad plates, place 2 or 3 slices of banana, orange, pineapple, and papaya.
Garnish with raspberries, grapes, and lime wedges if you wish.
Prepare ginger dressing and pass to spoon over individual servings.
