Cherry Orange Squares's picture
  Oranges 3 Large
  Cherry gelatin 6 Ounce (1 Package)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned cherry pie filling 21 Ounce (1 Can)
  Lemon gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon yogurt 6 Ounce (1 Carton)
  Chopped toasted almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Section oranges over a bowl to catch juice; add enough water to juice to make 1/2 cup liquid.
Dice oranges.
Dissolve cherry-flavored gelatin in 1 cup boiling water; stir in orange juice.
Chill till partially set.
Fold in cherry pie filling and oranges.
Pour into 12x7x2-inch dish.
Chill till almost firm.
Meanwhile, dissolve lemon-flavored gelatin in 1 cup boiling water; stir in cold water.
Beat in yogurt.
Spoon over the cherry layer.
Sprinkle with toasted almonds.
Chill till firm.
Cut in squares to serve.
