Fresh Fruit Crisp

Ingredients
  Quick-cooking rolled oats 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sliced peeled peaches/Apples, or pears 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Vanilla ice cream/Light cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt; cut in butter till mixture is crumbly.
Set aside.
Place fruit in a 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle oat mixture over fruit.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° till fruit is tender, about 40 minutes.
