Halibut With Fresh Fruit
|Butter||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
|Halibut steaks||2 , cut in two|
|Mandarin||1 , peeled and sliced in rings|
|Bananas||2 , peeled and sliced thick|
|Heavy cream||125 Milliliter (0.5 Cup)|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1 Teaspoon (125 Milliliter)|
|Paprika||1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)|
|Lemon||1 , juiced|
Preheat oven to 150°F (70°C).
Heat butter in large frying pan.
When partly melted, add fish and season well.
Cover and cook 4 minutes over medium heat.
Squeeze in lemon juice and turn fish over; continue cooking another 4 minutes covered Season well.
Remove fish from pan and keep hot in oven.
Add mandarin and bananas to frying pan; cook 2 minutes over high neat.
Mix in cream, parsley and paprika; season well.
Cook 2 minutes, then pour over fish.
