Halibut With Fresh Fruit

Ingredients
  Butter 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Halibut steaks 2 , cut in two
  Mandarin 1 , peeled and sliced in rings
  Bananas 2 , peeled and sliced thick
  Heavy cream 125 Milliliter (0.5 Cup)
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 Teaspoon (125 Milliliter)
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Preheat oven to 150°F (70°C).
Heat butter in large frying pan.
When partly melted, add fish and season well.
Cover and cook 4 minutes over medium heat.
Squeeze in lemon juice and turn fish over; continue cooking another 4 minutes covered Season well.
Remove fish from pan and keep hot in oven.
Add mandarin and bananas to frying pan; cook 2 minutes over high neat.
Mix in cream, parsley and paprika; season well.
Cook 2 minutes, then pour over fish.
